Q : Where do you deliver to?

A : The delivery service is exclusively available within West Malaysia. However, please note that regions such as East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak), highlands, and islands are not covered by our service.

Q : How much will I be charged for delivery?

A : Free shipping service is only applicable to special offer products. A delivery charge ranging from RM 8.00 to RM 20.00 based on the total weight of the purchased item. Please be advised that terms and conditions are applicable.

Q : Can I schedule my delivery in advance?

A : No. The request to set a delivery date is NOT allowed. We will arrange for your order’s delivery once we get your confirmation on the payment mode. Therefore, we encourage you to adjust your expected delivery date. The ordered hamper will be ship out within 5 to 7 working days except for public holidays and weekends.
