服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲 烹调步骤:
1. 清洗浸泡:黑豆提前浸泡3小时、肉类焯水,其余药材简单冲洗干净备用
2. 煮汤:所有材料放入砂锅,加清水1.2L,大火煮沸后转小火慢炖2小时
3. 调味:出锅前10分钟加入枸杞、米酒及少量盐调味(月子期宜清淡)
4. 饮用:滤汤饮用,肉类可吃

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse & Soak: Soak black soybeans in water for 3 hours in advance. Blanch the meat to remove blood and impurities. Rinse all other ingredients briefly.
2. Boil the Soup: Place all ingredients into a clay pot or soup pot. Add 1.2 liters of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Season: In the last 10 minutes of cooking, add goji berries, a splash of rice wine, and a pinch of salt to taste. (Keep flavors mild during postpartum recovery.)
4. Serve: Strain and drink the soup. The meat can be eaten alongside the soup.
