雪燕是萍婆属植物的天然胶状分泌物的商品名,性质类似桃胶,主要产自热带和亚热带地区。从营养成分来说,雪燕由多糖等物质组成。不溶于水的大分子多糖能吸附大量水分子形成凝胶状,它们既不能被胃肠道消化吸收,也不能产生能量,所以可以通过延缓肠道对糖的吸收,降低机体对糖的摄取,以此降低体内的血糖,控制能量摄入。因此,雪燕可以作为糖尿病辅助治疗的食物。此外,作为膳食纤维的一种,吃点也可以起到缓解便秘和促进排便的作用。

服用方法 PREPARATION

雪燕泡发倍数为30-50倍,所以一次不要泡太多。 准备一个较大的碗,将大约3-5克的雪燕放入其中,然后加入矿泉水或是凉白开,泡发6小时左右即可,中途可换2次水。

The multiple of Tragacanth Gum soaking is 30-50 times, so don't soak too much at a time. Prepare a larger bowl, put about 3-5 grams of Tragacanth Gum into it, then add in clear water, soak for about 6 hours, and change the water twice in the middle.

温馨提醒 GENTLE REMINDER

炖煮30至40分钟即可,切记不能炖煮超过1小时,否则雪燕会化成水
