服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲 烹调步骤:
1. 清洗浸泡:肉类焯水,其余药材简单冲洗干净备用
2. 煮汤:所有材料(阿胶粉除外)放入砂锅,大火煮沸转小火慢炖2小时
3. 调味:出锅前10分钟加阿胶速溶粉,枸杞及少量盐调味(月子期宜清淡)
4. 饮用:滤汤饮用,菇类,肉类可吃

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Preparation & Soaking: Blanch the meat; rinse all herbs briefly with water (no need to soak).
2. Cooking: Place all ingredients except the instant Ejiao powder into a clay pot. Add water and bring to a boil over high heat. Then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Final Seasoning: In the last 10 minutes of cooking, add the instant Ejiao powder, goji berries, and a small amount of salt (postpartum diets are best kept light).
4. Serving: Strain the soup for drinking. The meat and mushrooms may be consumed as well.
