将茶包取出放入杯中，注入300ml 沸水，焖炮10分钟左右即可

经常上火者如长痘、咽干、便秘者、熬夜者、电脑族可缓解眼干眼涩、风热感冒、咽喉红肿、肠道燥热者，润肠通便

不适合人群：
孕妇，孩童：尤其胖大海不建议孕妇及孩童饮用，有通便作用；脾胃虚寒者：易导致腹泻或胃寒；经期女性：体寒或月经量多者应避免饮用
