It is especially suitable for mothers with postpartum bloating, edema, or damp-heat constitution. The formula offers gentle nourishment—removing dampness without being cold, and tonifying blood without overheating—making it a safe and effective option for most new mothers.

服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲 烹调步骤:
1. 清洗浸泡:肉类焯水,赤小豆提前浸泡3小时,其余药材简单冲洗干净备用
2. 煮汤:所有材料放入砂锅,加清水1.5L,大火煮沸后转小火慢炖2小时
3. 调味:出锅前10分钟加枸杞及少量盐调味(月子期宜清淡)
4. 饮用:滤汤饮用,肉类可吃

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse and Soak: Blanch the meat to remove impurities. Soak adzuki beans in water for 3 hours in advance. Rinse all other ingredients briefly and set aside.
2. Simmer the Soup: Place all ingredients into a clay pot or soup pot. Add 1.5 liters of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Season: Add goji berries and a small amount of salt during the last 10 minutes of cooking. (Keep the seasoning light during the postpartum period.)
4. Serving: Strain and drink the soup. The meat can be eaten as part of the meal.
