This is a well-balanced postpartum herbal soup formula that combines Qi and blood tonification, blood circulation, and calming properties. It is particularly suited for new mothers who experience fatigue, poor complexion, and slow postpartum recovery due to Qi and blood deficiency.

服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲 烹调步骤:
1. 清洗浸泡:肉类焯水,其余药材简单冲洗干净备用
2. 煮汤:所有材料放入砂锅,加清水1.5L,大火煮沸后转小火慢炖2小时
3. 调味:出锅前10分钟加枸杞及少量盐调味(月子期宜清淡)
4. 饮用:滤汤饮用,肉类可吃

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse & Prep: Blanch the meat in boiling water to remove impurities. Rinse the rest of the herbs briefly and set aside.
2. Simmer: Place all ingredients into a clay pot, add 1.5 liters of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Season: Add Goji berries and a small amount of salt in the last 10 minutes of cooking. (Postpartum meals should be lightly seasoned.)
4. Serve: Strain the soup for drinking. The meat can be consumed as well.
