服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲 烹调步骤:
1. 清洗浸泡:羊肚菌、姬松茸温水泡发30分钟,其余药材简单冲洗干净备用
2. 煮汤:所有材料放入砂锅,加清水1.2L,大火煮沸后转小火慢炖2小时
3. 调味:出锅前10分钟加入枸杞,少量盐调味(月子期宜清淡)
4. 饮用:滤汤饮用,菇类肉类可吃

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse & Soak: Soak morel mushrooms and Agaricus blazei (Hime-Matsutake) in warm water for 30 minutes. Rinse all other ingredients gently and set aside.
2. Simmer the Soup: Place all ingredients into a clay pot or soup pot. Add 1.2 liters of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Seasoning: Add goji berries and a small pinch of salt in the last 10 minutes before turning off the heat. (Light seasoning is recommended during postpartum recovery.)
4. Serving: Strain the broth and enjoy the soup warm. Mushrooms and meat can be eaten as part of the meal.
