服用方法 PREPARATION

🍳 煮制方法:
1. 所有材料清水冲洗干净,去除浮尘和杂质
2. 锅中加入 2500~3000ml 清水,放入所有材料
3. 大火煮开后,转中小火煮约 45-60 分钟
4. 煮好关火焖 10 分钟后过滤饮用,可温饮或冷藏
5. 可适量加入冰糖或石蜂糖增添风味(不使用白砂糖)

🍳 Brewing Instructions:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly under running water to remove dust and impurities.
2. Add 2500–3000ml of fresh water into a pot and place all ingredients inside.
3. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium-low and simmer for 45–60 minutes.
4. Turn off the heat and let it steep for another 10 minutes before straining. Enjoy warm or chilled.
5. You may add rock sugar or cane sugar to enhance the flavor. (Avoid using white refined sugar.)
