🌿汤品主要功效:

🌿 Main Benefits of the Herbal Soup:

服用方法 PREPARATION

材料:药材汤包 1份(含药材包及香料包)、清水2.5 Liter、肉类1.5kg、全蒜头5粒、香菇适量、老抽 3 茶匙、生抽 3 茶匙、盐 2 茶匙

烹调方法
1. 清洗浸泡:肉类切块焯水,香菇提前浸泡4小时
2. 煮汤:所有材料放入砂锅(包括生抽、老抽及盐)加水2.5L,大火煮沸后转小火炖1.5小时
3. 调味:出锅前10分钟试试味道,可依据个人喜好适当加盐调味即可
4. 饮用:滤汤饮用,肉类菇类可吃

若不喜过于甘苦口味者,可在出锅前20分钟取出最小的香料包,药材汤包可继续留在锅内

Preparation:
1 pack of herbal soup mix (includes herbal pack & spice pack), 2.5L water, 1.5kg meat (e.g., pork ribs), 5 whole garlic, A handful of dried shiitake mushrooms (pre-soaked), 3 tsp dark soy sauce, 3 tsp light soy sauce, 2 tsp salt

Cooking Instruction:
1. Preparation: Cut meat into chunks and blanch. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water for at least 4 hours.
2. Cooking: Place all ingredients into a clay pot, including light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt. Add 2.5L of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
3. Seasoning: Taste the soup 10 minutes before turning off the heat. Adjust salt to your preference if needed.
4. Serving: Strain the soup and enjoy. Both the meat and mushrooms can be eaten.

Tip: If you prefer a less bitter flavor, you may remove the smallest spice pack 20 minutes before finishing. The herbal pack can remain in the pot until the end.
