白玉木耳泡发方式:

2. 温水泡法:如果使用温水泡法,可以将白木耳放入40-50℃的温水中,浸泡30分钟左右。 这种方法可以加速白木耳的泡发速度,但要注意水温不能太高,否则会破坏白木耳中的营养成分。

3. 快速泡发法:如果时间比较紧,可以使用快速泡发法。 将白木耳放入热水中,加入适量的白糖,浸泡15-20分钟即可。 这种方法可以快速泡发白木耳,但要注意加入的白糖量不要太多,以免影响口感。

White Fungus Soaking Method:
