瘦瘦果，又名瘦身果、减肥果，藤黄科藤黄属植物，原产地越南。具有瘦身，健脾消食，润肠通便、利咽消肿、补充营养、防癌抗癌等作用。在市场上所见到的瘦瘦果都是晒干的减肥果片，买回去之后直接泡水喝。瘦瘦果中含有维生素、糖分和一些矿物质元素，还是一种比较健康的水果。

取3-5片瘦瘦果放入杯中，加入300 ml 沸水焖炮10分钟左右即可; 瘦瘦果微苦，可适当加入蜂蜜或冰糖增添风味
