This herbal soup is specially formulated to address common menopausal concerns associated with liver and kidney deficiency, and Qi and blood insufficiency. 服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲烹调方法
1. 清洗浸泡:黑豆浸泡2-3小时至表皮皱裂、其余药材洗净备用
2. 肉类处理:300g - 500g 猪软骨,焯水去血沫(汤更清润)
3. 炖煮:所有材料(除桑葚及枸杞)放入砂锅,加1.5 L水,大火煮沸后转小火慢炖2小时
4. 调味:关火前10分钟加少许盐调味,加入桑葚干和枸杞

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Soak & Rinse: Soak black soybeans in water for 2–3 hours until the skin begins to wrinkle. Rinse all other herbs and ingredients thoroughly and set aside.
2. Prepare the Meat: Cut 300g – 500g of pork cartilage into chunks. Blanch briefly in boiling water to remove blood and impurities. (This helps keep the soup light and clear.)
3.Simmer: Place all ingredients except dried mulberries and goji berries into a clay pot or soup pot. Add 1.5 liters of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer gently for 2 hours.
4. Season & Finish: About 10 minutes before turning off the heat, add a pinch of salt for flavor. Then add dried mulberries and goji berries, simmer briefly, and serve warm.
