服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲 烹调步骤:
1. 清洗浸泡:黑豆提前浸泡3小时,肉类焯水,其余药材简单冲洗干净备用
2. 煮汤:所有材料放入砂锅,加清水1.5L,大火煮沸后转小火慢炖2小时
3. 调味:出锅前10分钟加枸杞及少量盐调味(月子期宜清淡)
4. 饮用:滤汤饮用,肉类可吃

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse and Soak: Soak black beans for 3 hours in advance. Blanch the meat. Rinse all other herbal ingredients briefly to remove surface impurities.
2. Boil the Soup: Place all ingredients into a clay pot or soup pot. Add 1.5 liters of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Seasoning: Add goji berries and a small amount of salt 10 minutes before finishing. (Light seasoning is recommended during the postpartum period.)
4. Serving: Strain the soup and drink the broth. The meat can be consumed.
