Ingredients:
Angelica Root (Dang Gui), Peach Kernel (Tao Ren), Chuanxiong Rhizome, Roasted Ginger, Honey-Fried Licorice (Zhi Gan Cao), Motherwort (Yi Mu Cao), Red Dates

A classic traditional Chinese formula specially designed for postpartum mothers. This decoction activates blood circulation, warms the uterus, relieves pain, and supports uterine recovery and overall healing after childbirth.

🌿 Main Benefits:
🔸 Promotes blood circulation and expels lochia: This blood-activating blend helps stimulate uterine contractions, accelerate recovery, and prevent issues such as cold womb, abdominal pain, and retained lochia caused by blood stasis.
🔸 Warms the meridians and relieves postpartum discomfort: By dispersing cold and warming the internal organs, it alleviates chills, abdominal cold pain, and postpartum fatigue, especially for women with cold-deficient constitutions.

服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲 烹调步骤:
1. 清洗浸泡:将汤包药材简单冲洗干净备用
2. 头煎:800ml 清水加药材大火煮沸后,转小火煎30分钟,滤出药液
3. 二煎:药渣再加500ml水,煎20分钟,混合两次药液。
4. 分2~3次温服,1天内服用完(饭后1小时最佳)

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse & Prep: Briefly rinse all herbs in the soup pack to remove surface impurities and set aside.
2. First Decoction: Add herbs to 800ml of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Strain to collect the herbal liquid.
3. Second Decoction: Add 500ml of water to the same herbs and simmer again for 20 minutes. Strain and combine with the first decoction.
4. Serving: Divide the herbal tea into 2 to 3 warm servings and finish within the same day. For best results, drink 1 hour after meals.

⚠️ 注意事项:
1. 自然产:产后24小时可开始服用月子调理补汤
2. 剖腹产:待排气/排便后服用(约第3天)
