This postpartum soup features a traditional Chinese medicine combination known for strengthening the spleen, eliminating dampness, and tonifying Qi and kidney essence. It is especially beneficial for women experiencing weak digestion, dampness, or postpartum water retention.

服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲 烹调步骤:
1. 清洗浸泡:茯苓、芡实、莲子提前浸泡 30分钟,肉类焯水
2. 煮汤:所有材料放入砂锅,加清水1.2L,大火煮沸后转小火慢炖2小时
3. 调味:加少量盐调味(月子期宜清淡)
4. 饮用:滤汤饮用,莲子、肉类可吃

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Soaking & Preparation: Soak poria, gorgon fruit, and lotus seeds in water for 30 minutes. Blanch meat in boiling water to remove impurities.
2. Simmering: Place all ingredients into a clay pot or soup pot. Add 1.2L of clean water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Seasoning: Add a small amount of salt for flavor. (A light taste is recommended during the postpartum period.)
4. Serving: Strain the soup before drinking. Lotus seeds and meat can be consumed along with the broth.

⚠️ 注意事项:
1. 自然产:产后24小时可开始服用月子调理补汤
2. 剖腹产:待排气/排便后服用(约第3天)
3. 孕妇不宜使用
