古田丑耳是银耳中优良品种,栽培技术要求高、产量少。丑耳从菌种和原料选取到栽培直至烘干都是无公害流程管理,丑耳是没有经过清洗直接烘干,区别于普通银耳在采摘后增加了水泡清洗工序,因此丑耳的胶质能够很好的保存下来。

Gutian White Fungus is an excellent variety of fungus, with high cultivation technology requirements and low yield. Gutian White Fungus are managed in a pollution-free process from the selection of strains and raw materials to cultivation and drying.

Gutian White Fungusare directly dried without cleaning, which is different from ordinary white fungus. The blister cleaning process is added after picking, so the gum of ugly ears can be well preserved.

服用方法 PREPARATION

处理工序:清水泡发一小时,切成大小合适块状,中小火慢煮1小时即变成软糯出胶

Soak in water for one hour, cut into pieces of the right size, and cook slowly over medium low heat for 1 hour until become soft and gummy.

温馨提醒 GENTLE REMINDER

1. 木耳/银耳未煮熟:未煮熟的木耳中可能含有生物碱,大量食用可能引发中毒反应。
2. 木耳/银耳浸泡时间过久:泡发木耳时间不宜过长或隔夜,长时间浸泡容易滋生米酵菌酸,产生毒性。
3. 木耳/银耳变质:变质、发霉的木耳不宜食用,可能引起中毒。发生木耳中毒后,应立即催吐,严重者送医治疗
