This is a classic Qi and Blood Replenishing postpartum soup, ideal for nourishing new mothers after childbirth. It supports overall recovery and helps restore vital energy and blood.

🌿 Main Benefits:
🔸 Tonifies Qi and strengthens the body’s resistance: Boosts energy, improves vitality, and helps relieve symptoms such as shortness of breath, fatigue, spontaneous sweating, and physical weakness often experienced postpartum. Supports immune function and general recovery.
🔸 Nourishes and invigorates the blood, regulates menstruation: Promotes healthy blood circulation and replenishment, helping improve pale complexion, dizziness, lightheadedness, and menstrual irregularities such as delayed or scanty periods due to blood deficiency.

服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲 烹调步骤:
1. 清洗浸泡:肉类焯水,其余药材简单冲洗干净备用
2. 煮汤:所有材料放入砂锅,加水1.2L,大火煮沸后转小火炖2小时
3. 调味:出锅前10分钟加入枸杞,少量盐调味(月子期宜清淡)
4. 饮用:滤汤饮用,肉类可吃

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Preparation: Blanch meat in boiling water to remove impurities. Rinse all herbs gently with clean water.
2. Simmering: Place all ingredients into a clay pot or soup pot. Add 1.2L of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Seasoning: Add goji berries and a small amount of salt during the last 10 minutes of cooking. (Light seasoning is recommended during the postpartum period.)
4. Serving: Strain the soup before drinking. The meat can be consumed together with the broth.

⚠️ 注意事项:
1. 自然产:产后24小时可开始服用月子调理补汤
2. 剖腹产:待排气/排便后服用(约第3天)
3. 孕妇不宜使用
