Codonopsis & Poria Chicken Soup is a nourishing and well-balanced herbal tonic specially designed for postpartum recovery. It helps replenish Qi and blood, strengthen the spleen, and calm the mind, making it ideal during the confinement period.

服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲 烹调步骤:
1. 清洗浸泡:肉类焯水,白莲子提前浸泡30分钟,其余药材冲洗干净备用
2. 煮汤:所有材料放入砂锅,加水1.2L,大火煮沸后转小火炖2小时
3. 调味:出锅前10分钟加入枸杞,少量盐调味(月子期宜清淡)
4. 饮用:滤汤饮用,肉类可吃

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Prep & Rinse: Blanch the meat in boiling water to remove impurities. Soak white lotus seeds for 30 minutes in advance. Rinse all other herbal ingredients gently.
2. Simmer: Place all ingredients into a clay pot or soup pot. Add 1.2 liters of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Season: Add goji berries and a small amount of salt during the last 10 minutes of cooking. (Note: Light seasoning is recommended during the postpartum period.)
4. Serve: Strain and drink the soup. The meat can also be consumed.

⚠️ 注意事项:
1. 自然产:产后24小时可开始服用月子调理补汤
2. 剖腹产:待排气/排便后服用(约第3天)
3. 孕妇不宜使用

1. For vaginal delivery: Postpartum herbal soups may be taken 24 hours after childbirth.
2. For cesarean delivery: Begin only after passing gas or having a bowel movement (typically around Day 3).
