Derived from the classic Si Wu Tang (Four-Substance Decoction)—a renowned Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formula—this enhanced postpartum version is specially designed for new mothers to replenish blood, regulate menstruation, support uterine recovery, and strengthen the lower back and kidneys.

🔸 Replenishes and nourishes blood, promotes uterine healing: Dang Gui, Rehmannia, Bai Shao, and Red Dates deeply nourish the blood and relieve dryness—ideal for postpartum women experiencing pale complexion, dizziness, fatigue, shortness of breath, or prolonged lochia.

服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲 烹调步骤:
1. 清洗浸泡:肉类焯水,其余药材简单冲洗干净备用
2. 煮汤:所有材料放入砂锅,加水1.2L,大火煮沸后转小火炖2小时
3. 调味:出锅前10分钟加入枸杞,少量盐调味(月子期宜清淡)
4. 饮用:滤汤饮用,肉类可吃

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Preparation: Blanch meat in boiling water to remove impurities. Rinse all herbs gently with clean water.
2. Simmering: Place all ingredients into a clay pot or soup pot. Add 1.2L of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Seasoning: Add goji berries and a small amount of salt during the last 10 minutes of cooking. (Light seasoning is recommended during the postpartum period.)
4. Serving: Strain the soup before drinking. The meat can be consumed together with the broth.
