服用方法 PREPARATION

材料:药材汤包 1份、清水1.5 Liter、甘榜鸡半只或猪软骨 300 gram

烹调方法
1. 清洗浸泡:肉类切块焯水,猴头菇、茶树菇、羊肚菌提前浸泡20分钟,药材清水简单冲洗杂质
2. 浸泡后的猴头菇切块备用
3. 煮汤:所有材料放入砂锅,加水1.5L,大火煮沸后转小火炖2小时
4. 调味:出锅前10分钟加少许盐调味即可
5. 饮用:滤汤饮用,肉类可吃


Preparation:
1 pack of herbal soup mix, 1.5L water, Half a kampung chicken or 300 grams of pork soft bones

Cooking Instruction:
1. Rinse & Soak: Cut the meat into chunks and blanch briefly in boiling water. Soak lion’s mane mushroom, tea tree mushrooms, and morel mushrooms in water for 20 minutes. Rinse all herbs with clean water to remove impurities.
2. Prepare Mushrooms: Cut the soaked lion’s mane mushroom into pieces and set aside.
3. Cook the Soup: Place all ingredients into a clay pot. Add 1.5 liters of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
4.Season: Add a small amount of salt about 10 minutes before turning off the heat.
5.Serving: Strain and drink the soup. The meat can be eaten as well.
