服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲 烹调步骤:
1. 清洗浸泡:黑豆提前3小时泡发,其余药材简单冲洗干净备用
2. 煮汤:所有材料放入砂锅,加清水1.2L,大火煮沸后转小火慢炖2小时
3. 调味:出锅前10分钟加入枸杞,少量盐调味(月子期宜清淡)
4. 饮用:滤汤饮用,肉类可吃

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse and Soak: Soak black soybeans in water for about 3 hours until softened. Rinse the remaining ingredients briefly to remove surface dust.
2. Simmer the Soup: Place all ingredients into a clay pot (or soup pot), add 1.2 liters of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Seasoning: Add goji berries and a pinch of salt in the last 10 minutes of cooking. (Keep seasoning mild during the postpartum period.)
4. Serving: Strain the soup before serving. The meat can also be consumed along with the soup.

⚠️ 注意事项:
1. 自然产:产后24小时可开始服用月子调理补汤
2. 剖腹产:待排气/排便后服用(约第3天)
3. 孕妇不宜使用
