鹿茸菇是一种味道鲜美的食用菌,学名为荷叶离褶伞,子实体直立,向上分叉成丛生的细枝,一般高数厘米至10余厘米,状如扫帚或珊瑚,又像幼小的鹿角。鹿茸菇中含有丰富的蛋白质,维生素和其它营养成份。
经烹调后,脆松适度,味道可口,如配上猪、鸡肉共炒,则食味更加鲜美,胜过鸡、鸭、鱼、肉单作的荤菜。亦可搭配茸芝炖补肾养肝汤,有护肝解毒、补肾益精、强筋骨、抗衰老的功能。
Antler mushroom is a delicious edible fungus, the fruiting body is upright, bifurcated upward into clumps of fine branches, generally a few centimeters to more than 10 centimeters high, shaped like a broom or coral which looks like deer antler.
