✖ 孕妇:迷迭香和陈皮性偏活血理气,孕期禁用
✖ 体质偏寒(容易腹泻、手脚冰冷),低血压低血糖者
✖ 严重胃病患者:普洱茶虽温和,但空腹饮用仍可能刺激胃酸
