Description:
This nourishing herbal soup is specially designed to moisturize dryness, replenish Qi, generate body fluids, and calm the mind, providing comprehensive support for common menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, dry mouth and throat, irritability, insomnia, and dry skin.
It is especially suitable for those with Yin deficiency and insufficient body fluids.

服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲烹调方法
1. 清洗浸泡:将汤包药材简单冲洗干净备用
2. 肉类处理:300g - 500g 猪软骨/甘榜鸡切块,焯水去血沫(汤更清润)
3. 炖煮:所有材料放入砂锅,加1.5 L水,大火煮沸后转小火慢炖2小时
4. 调味:关火前10分钟加少许盐调味

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse & Soak: Briefly rinse the soup herbs with water and set aside.
2. Prepare Meat: Cut 300g–500g of pork soft bone or free-range chicken into pieces. Blanch briefly in boiling water to remove blood and impurities (this helps keep the soup clear and light).
3. Simmer: Add all ingredients to a clay pot or soup pot with 1.5 liters of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low and simmer gently for 2 hours.
4. Season: Add a pinch of salt during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
