This restorative postpartum soup blend combines gentle tonics and nourishing mushrooms to boost energy, strengthen immunity, and support full-body recovery. It’s specially formulated for new mothers experiencing fatigue, weakness, or poor digestion after childbirth.

服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲 烹调步骤:
1. 清洗浸泡:肉类焯水,其余药材简单冲洗干净备用
2. 煮汤:所有材料放入砂锅,加清水1.5L,大火煮沸后转小火慢炖2小时
3. 调味:出锅前10分钟加枸杞及少量盐调味(月子期宜清淡)
4. 饮用:滤汤饮用,肉类可吃

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse & Prep: Blanch the meat in boiling water to remove impurities. Rinse the rest of the herbs briefly and set aside.
2. Simmer: Place all ingredients into a clay pot, add 1.5 liters of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Season: Add Goji berries and a small amount of salt in the last 10 minutes of cooking. (Postpartum meals should be lightly seasoned.)
4. Serve: Strain the soup for drinking. The meat can be consumed as well.

⚠️ 注意事项:
1. 自然产:产后24小时可开始服用月子调理补汤
2. 剖腹产:待排气/排便后服用(约第3天)
3. 孕妇不宜使用
