每日1包，煮水800ml，煮沸后小火10–15分钟，分2次温热饮用，不建议空腹喝。其余时间段可以喝红枣水

Use one pack per day. Boil in 800ml of water, then simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes.
Drink warm in two separate servings throughout the day.
Not recommended on an empty stomach.
You may drink red date water during the rest of the day.
