2. 剪除根部:浸泡软化后,用剪刀剪去菇底部较硬、发黑的部分。
3. 反复冲洗:用清水反复轻揉冲洗,直到水清无异味为止。
4. 去苦处理(可选):若仍有苦味,可将猴头菇焯水1~2分钟,再用冷水冲凉。

How to Prepare Lion’s Mane Mushroom:
1. Soak in clean water for 2–4 hours, changing the water 2–3 times to remove bitterness and impurities.
2. Trim off the tough or dark root base after soaking.
3. Rinse and gently squeeze several times under clean water until there is no odor and the water runs clear.
4. Optional: blanch in boiling water for 1–2 minutes and rinse under cold water to further reduce bitterness.
