这款月子汤属于产后气血双补、温经养血、安神助眠;此汤滋阴补血,预防产后贫血、肝肾同补,缓解腰膝酸软、全方协同作用,帮助建立规律月经周期,减少经期腹痛。

This postpartum herbal soup is designed to replenish qi and blood, warm the meridians, and nourish the heart for better sleep. It helps prevent postpartum anemia by nourishing yin and blood, supports liver and kidney function to relieve lower back and knee weakness, and promotes hormonal balance for a healthy menstrual cycle while reducing menstrual cramps.

服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲 烹调步骤:
1. 清洗浸泡:肉类焯水,其余药材简单冲洗干净备用
2. 煮汤:所有材料放入砂锅,加水1.2L,大火煮沸后转小火炖2小时
3. 调味:出锅前10分钟加入枸杞,少量盐调味(月子期宜清淡)
4. 饮用:滤汤饮用,肉类可吃

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Preparation: Blanch meat in boiling water to remove impurities. Rinse all herbs gently with clean water.
2. Simmering: Place all ingredients into a clay pot or soup pot. Add 1.2L of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Seasoning: Add goji berries and a small amount of salt during the last 10 minutes of cooking. (Light seasoning is recommended during the postpartum period.)
4. Serving: Strain the soup before drinking. The meat can be consumed together with the broth.
