He Shou Wu, Alpinia Oxyphylla (Yizhi Ren), Cuscuta Seed (Tu Si Zi), Chuanxiong Rhizome, Mugwort Leaf (Ai Ye), Dried Ginger

🌿 Main Benefits:
✅ [He Shou Wu + Alpinia Oxyphylla + Cuscuta Seed]: Nourishes the kidneys and replenishes essence. Helps relieve lower back and knee soreness, and frequent nighttime urination.

服用方法 PREPARATION

🛁 使用方法:
1️⃣ 取1包放入800ml 沸水煮5分钟,或直接滚热水浸泡10分钟。
2️⃣ 兑温水至38c-43c,泡脚15-20分钟,至微微出汗即可。
3️⃣ 建议睡前使用,每周3-4次,效果更佳!

🛁 Directions for Use:
1️⃣ Place 1 pack into 800ml of boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes, or steep directly in hot boiling water for 10 minutes.
2️⃣ Dilute with warm water until the temperature reaches 38°C–43°C. Soak feet for 15–20 minutes until you break a light sweat.
3️⃣ Recommended for use before bedtime, 3–4 times per week for best results.
