服用方法 PREPARATION

🍽️ 【保温杯焖泡银耳】
免火懒人法|一杯热水焖出胶质银耳羹

材料:
本草银耳 (3勺)、红枣 2~3颗(去核)、枸杞 适量、桂圆干 适量、冰糖或蜂蜜 少许(可选)、热水 约400~500ml

做法:
1. 所有材料放入保温杯中。
2. 加入沸水(100°C),迅速盖紧杯盖焖泡
3. 静置4小时或以上,银耳软糯,汤汁浓稠

💡小贴士:焖前杯子用热水烫一遍,保温效果更好。

🍽️ [Thermal Flask Tremella Steep]
No-cook Lazy Method | One Cup of Hot Water for a Thick, Jelly-like Tremella Soup

Ingredients:
Herbal Tremella (3 spoonfuls)
Red dates (2–3 pieces, pitted)
Goji berries (a small handful)
Dried longan (a few pieces)
Rock sugar or honey (optional)
Hot water (about 400–500ml)

Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients into a thermal flask.
2. Pour in boiling water (100°C) and seal the lid tightly.
3. Let it steep for at least 4 hours. The tremella will become soft and jelly-like, and the soup thick and nourishing.
