服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲 烹调步骤:
1. 清洗浸泡:肉类焯水,莲子提前浸泡1小时,其余药材简单冲洗干净备用
2. 煮汤:所有材料放入砂锅,大火煮沸转小火慢炖2小时
3. 调味:出锅前10分钟加少量盐调味(月子期宜清淡)
4. 饮用:滤汤饮用,肉类可吃

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Preparation & Soaking: Blanch the meat; Soak lotus seeds in water for 1 hour in advance.rinse all herbs briefly with water (no need to soak).
2. Cooking: Place all ingredients into a clay pot. Add water and bring to a boil over high heat. Then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Final Seasoning: In the last 10 minutes of cooking, add small amount of salt (postpartum diets are best kept light).
4. Serving: Strain the soup for drinking. The meat and mushrooms may be consumed as well.

⚠️ 注意事项:
1. 自然产:产后24小时可开始服用月子调理补汤
2. 剖腹产:待排气/排便后服用(约第3天)
3. 此汤适合月子最后2天的月子收尾阶段饮用
