Astragalus Root, Liquidambar Fruit, Safflower, Eucommia Bark, Dried Ginger Slices

服用方法 PREPARATION

🛁 使用方法:
1️⃣煮药:药材加水1500ml,大火煮沸后转小火煮10-15分钟,滤出药液
2️⃣调温:药液兑温水至40℃左右(手感温热不烫)
3️⃣泡脚:浸泡15-20分钟,至身体微微发热即可(忌大汗)
4️⃣频率:建议每周泡脚3~4次,隔日进行,避免每日使用

🛁 Directions for Use:
1️⃣ Boil the herbs: Add the herbal pack to 1500ml of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes. Strain to obtain the herbal liquid.
2️⃣ Adjust the temperature: Dilute the herbal liquid with warm water until the temperature is around 40°C (warm to the touch, not scalding).
3️⃣ Soak your feet: Soak feet for 15–20 minutes until your body feels slightly warm. Avoid excessive sweating.
4️⃣ Frequency: Recommended 3–4 times per week, every other day. Avoid daily use.

🚫 注意事项:
1. 孕妇、脚部有伤口者不宜使用。
2. 泡脚时间不宜过长,避免空腹或饭后立即泡脚。
