1. 展开泡脚桶:将折叠桶撑开至完全展开状态,确认底部支架卡位到位。
2. 加入热水:倒入适量温水(约38°C–43°C),水量以浸泡脚踝或三阴交处。
3. 可选加料:可根据需求加入足浴包、艾草、中药材、精油等。
4. 开始泡脚:双脚浸入桶中,建议每次泡脚时间控制在15–20分钟。
5. 清洗收纳:使用后倒出水,简单冲洗晾干,折叠收起放置干燥处。
1. Unfold the foot soak tub: Fully expand the folded tub and ensure the bottom support snaps securely into place.
2. Add warm water: Pour in an appropriate amount of warm water (approximately 38°C–43°C), enough to cover the ankles or reach the Sanyinjiao (SP6) acupoint.
3. Optional herbal additives: Add a foot soak bag, mugwort, Chinese herbs, or essential oils as desired.
4. Begin soaking: Immerse both feet in the water. Recommended soaking time is 15–20 minutes per session.
5. Clean and store: After use, pour out the water, rinse and air-dry the tub, then fold and store it in a dry place.
