This classic herbal soup blend is designed to tonify Qi and blood, strengthen the spleen, calm the mind, and regulate menstruation. It is particularly suitable for women in the menopausal stage experiencing symptoms related to Qi-blood deficiency, emotional imbalance, and hormonal irregularities.

服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲烹调方法
1. 清洗浸泡:将汤包药材简单冲洗干净备用
2. 肉类处理:300g - 500g 猪软骨/甘榜鸡切块,焯水去血沫(汤更清润)
3. 炖煮:所有材料(除枸杞)放入砂锅,加1.5 L水,大火煮4. 沸后转小火慢炖2小时
4. 调味:关火前10分钟加少许盐调味并加入枸杞即可

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse & Prep: Briefly rinse all herbal ingredients to remove surface dust and set aside.
2. Prepare the Meat: Cut 300g – 500g of pork ribs or free-range chicken into chunks. Blanch in boiling water to remove impurities and ensure a clearer soup.
3. Simmer the Soup: Place all ingredients except goji berries into a clay pot or soup pot. Add 1.5 liters of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
4. Finish & Serve: About 10 minutes before turning off the heat, season lightly with salt and add goji berries. Simmer briefly, then serve warm.
