服用方法 PREPARATION

材料:药材汤包 1份、清水1.5 Liter、猪肚1只或猪软骨300 gram

烹调方法
1. 清洗浸泡:芡实、白莲子需提前浸泡1小时,其余药材简单冲洗干净备用
2. 猪肚须提前清洗干净及去腥或肉类焯水清洗干净备用
3. 煮汤:所有材料放入砂锅,加水1.5L,大火煮沸后转小火炖2小时
4. 调味:出锅前10分钟前加盐调味即可
5. 饮用:滤汤饮用,肉类可吃

Preparation:
1 pack of herbal soup mix, 1.5 liters of water, 1 whole pork stomach or 300g pork soft bones

Cooking Instruction:
1. Soaking & Preparation: Soak gorgon fruit and white lotus seeds for 1 hour in advance. Rinse the remaining herbs briefly under running water.
2. Meat Preparation: Clean the pork stomach thoroughly and remove any odor, or blanch the pork bones in boiling water, then rinse and set aside.
3. Cooking: Place all ingredients into a clay pot or soup pot. Add 1.5 liters of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
4. Seasoning: Add salt about 10 minutes before turning off the heat.
5. Serving: Strain and drink the soup. The meat can be eaten.
