This nourishing postpartum soup features a warm and gentle blend centered around Korean ginseng rootlets, astragalus, and codonopsis, complemented by goji berries, red dates, and longan. Designed specifically for new mothers experiencing qi and blood deficiency, this formula restores vitality without being overly heating or greasy — ideal for recovery during the postpartum period.

服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲 烹调步骤:
1. 清洗浸泡:肉类焯水,其余药材简单冲洗干净备用
2. 煮汤:所有材料放入砂锅,加清水1.5L,大火煮沸后转小火慢炖2小时
3. 调味:出锅前10分钟加枸杞及少量盐调味(月子期宜清淡)
4. 饮用:滤汤饮用,肉类可吃

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse & Prep: Blanch the meat in boiling water to remove impurities. Rinse the rest of the herbs briefly and set aside.
2. Simmer: Place all ingredients into a clay pot, add 1.5 liters of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Season: Add Goji berries and a small amount of salt in the last 10 minutes of cooking. (Postpartum meals should be lightly seasoned.)
4. Serve: Strain the soup for drinking. The meat can be consumed as well.

⚠️ 注意事项:
1. 自然产:产后24小时可开始服用月子调理补汤
2. 剖腹产:待排气/排便后服用(约第3天)
3. 孕妇不宜使用
