十全大补汤是中医经典补气养血方——四君子汤 + 四物汤 + 黄芪 + 肉桂组合而成,常用于体质虚弱、病后产后调养,特别适合产后气血双亏的女性。它是很多坐月子汤品中的“顶配”

Shiquan Dabu Decoction (Ten-Tonic Soup) is a time-honored traditional Chinese medicine formula that combines the classic Four Gentlemen Decoction (Si Jun Zi Tang) and Four Substances Decoction (Si Wu Tang), along with Astragalus and Cassia Twig for enhanced warming and strengthening effects. It is commonly used for postpartum recovery and general weakness, making it one of the most complete and premium postpartum tonics.

服用方法 PREPARATION

🍲 烹调步骤:
1. 清洗浸泡:肉类焯水,其余药材简单冲洗干净备用
2. 煮汤:所有材料放入砂锅,加清水1.5L,大火煮沸后转小火慢炖2小时
3. 调味:出锅前10分钟加少量盐调味(月子期宜清淡)
4. 饮用:滤汤饮用,肉类可吃

🍲 Cooking Instructions:
1. Rinse & Prep: Blanch the meat in boiling water to remove impurities. Rinse the rest of the herbs briefly and set aside.
2. Simmer: Place all ingredients into a clay pot, add 1.5 liters of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Season: Add a small amount of salt in the last 10 minutes of cooking. (Postpartum meals should be lightly seasoned.)
4. Serve: Strain the soup for drinking. The meat can be consumed as well.

1. 自然产:产后24小时可开始服用月子调理补汤
2. 剖腹产:待排气/排便后服用(约第3天)
